1.1. Shipping Overview

We currently offer shipping within Germany and selected EU countries. All orders are processed within 30 min (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

We partner with trusted delivery providers like DHL and Hermes to ensure safe and timely deliveries.

1. 3. Local Pickup (if available)

You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup at our restaurant. After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within 3 hours. You’ll receive an email when your order is ready along with pickup instructions.

1.4. Perishable Products

Some food items are perishable and will be packed with cold packs or insulated packaging. Please ensure someone is available at the delivery address to receive the package. We are not responsible for spoilage due to missed deliveries.

1.5. Delays & Exceptions

Shipping delays may occur due to weather, public holidays, or high order volume. We will notify you in case of major delays.

Item must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
valid proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a defect or wrong item.

2.3. Return Process

Email us at indianhut@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
We will provide instructions and a return address.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed within 7 business days to the original payment method.

2.4. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order with photos of the item and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or refund accordingly.
